Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Calibration Technician I to join our team at PCI Pharma Services. As a Calibration Technician I, you will be responsible for performing routine calibration of various devices, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine calibration of temperature, pressure, flow, and humidity instrumentation.
  • Maintain all documentation in an organized and controlled manner in compliance with GAMP and FDA.
  • Produce and maintain proper paperwork for each job.
  • Review certificates for correctness.
  • Document the performance of calibration activities according to priorities and policy.
  • Manage workload to achieve production schedules and ensure completion within timeframe.
  • Report OOS results when results fall out-with the expected ranges and perform instruments adjustments where applicable.
  • Ensure that assets and supplies are maintained and stored properly.
  • Data entry and database use in accordance with any internal SOPs and external regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
  • College Level Mathematical Skills.
  • Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.
  • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
  • Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to display excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
