Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Assembly Technician Class A to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting complex aerospace products with high precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and inspect aerospace products with high precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process sub-assemblies and assemblies.
  • Verify job instructions sheets, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with supervision, engineering, and other support personnel to resolve problems.
  • Interface with customers and government personnel as required.
  • Develop general knowledge of operation and function of assemblies to troubleshoot units.
  • Operate and maintain departmental machinery, equipment, tooling, or gauging as required.
  • Identify processing changes and method improvements.
  • Maintain current instrumentation calibration and department records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Able to work with MS Windows.
  • Able to perform basic math calculations.
