Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Calibration Technician to join our team at PCI Pharma Services. As a Calibration Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our medical devices and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine calibration of various devices, including temperature, pressure, flow, and humidity instrumentation, as assigned by the calibration supervisor or manager.
  • Maintain all documentation in an organized and controlled manner, in compliance with GAMP and FDA regulations.
  • Produce and maintain proper paperwork, including data sheets, certificates, and stickers, for each job.
  • Review certificates for correctness and document the performance of calibration activities according to priorities and policy.
  • Manage workload to achieve production schedules and ensure completion within timeframe.
  • Report out-of-specification (OOS) results and perform instrument adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure that assets and supplies are maintained and stored properly.
  • Perform data entry and database use in accordance with internal SOPs and external regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
  • College-level mathematical skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including ability to perform complex computer tasks and knowledge of various computer programs.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, including ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
  • Very high reasoning skills, including ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to display excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
