Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Representative - Count Room. In this role, you will provide manual and mechanical assistance to verify the contents of the drop boxes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our counting room operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manually pull Bill Validator boxes out of Slot machines
  • Assist other employees with the counting of the table drop boxes
  • Assist in the upkeep of the count room equipment and provide recommendations when necessary
  • Walk/stand for prolonged periods of time (8+ hours)
  • Follow the Company Service Standards model at all times
  • Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as Tropicana Evansville's internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Available for regularly scheduled work, including holidays and weekends
Requirements
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Indiana Gaming Commission license
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language
  • Basic math skills and problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrated ability in basic Microsoft Office products and other systems associated with the position
Working Conditions

This role requires access to secured areas and involves working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
