Job Title: Bartender | Allegheny Springs Pool | Seasonal

Location: The Omni Homestead

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Allegheny Springs Pool. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and professional bar environment, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and friendly customer service to guests at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Upsell and suggest food and beverage options to guests.
  • Monitor and maintain par levels on all bar items, requisitioning and restocking as needed.
  • Check identification of guests to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
  • Monitor the intake of alcohol by guests, prohibiting sale to those who are intoxicated.
  • Communicate with guests and respond to feedback in a positive manner, resolving any service issues.
  • Clean and reset the bar area as guests depart or preparation of drinks is completed.
  • Properly set up and break down the bar area.
  • Communicate with management, kitchen staff, and serving staff professionally at all times.
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol by following all legal requirements, including carding and consumption.
  • Accurately take orders from guests and promptly record all transactions in the Micros system.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of upscale casual or fine dining bartending experience.
  • Full service bar experience, including beer, wine, and liquor.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to be on your feet for up to eight hours.
  • Must be flexible with schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to communicate effectively with guests and other associates.
  • Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
  • Unexpired TIPs certification required.
  • Unexpired ServSafe certification required.
