Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precision mechanical inspections at client-supplier sites, primarily in Brownsville, TX. This role requires strong understanding of GD&T and CMM experience, as well as hands-on experience with various mechanical inspection tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct precision mechanical inspections at client-supplier sites
  • Perform in-process and final source inspections on composite and mechanical parts
  • Read and interpret standard manufacturing drawings, including GD&T and industry standards
  • Utilize a range of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with various mechanical inspection tools
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and CMM experience
  • Experience with inspecting mechanical parts and composites
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a background check
  • Willingness to travel to different suppliers is a must
