Key Responsibilities:

· Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily functions and activities

Supervise a team of up to 50 employees across three shifts Guarantee complete customer satisfaction by achieving performance targets. Manage critical areas including safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, workforce development, environmental compliance, attendance, and employee retention

· Ensure timely delivery of services

· Maintain high standards of quality assurance

· Achieve accurate sequencing through collaboration with clients and suppliers.

· Identify opportunities for process enhancements, revise existing procedures, and effectively communicate changes to team members

· Provide leadership and direction to team members, supervisors, and administrative personnel

· Implement a comprehensive training program that is transparent to clients. Ensure all operational procedures are documented, accurate, and that all team members are trained to meet expectations

· Foster a safety-first culture. Possess a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and implement necessary changes to operations

· Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Operations Supervisor role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment. Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven leadership abilities with experience managing large teams Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to management Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and promoting a diverse workplace Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Dedication to achieving results
