Emergency Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Vehicle Installer to join our team at Dana Safety Supply. As an Emergency Vehicle Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, testing, and removing 12-volt law enforcement vehicle equipment, including light bars, flashers, sirens, video cameras, laptops, printers, consoles, transport partitions, radios, speakers, antennas, routers, windshield & side glass and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair 12-volt law enforcement vehicle equipment
- Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function
- Remove and replace equipment as needed
- Work with a team to complete projects and meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge of vehicle wiring and electrical circuits
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Experience with installation of emergency lighting a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
