Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Conceive, evaluate, and implement product engineering experiments, new product introduction part qualifications, cost reduction initiatives, capacity initiatives, and part/process improvement activities.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality teams, ensuring that products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of product development and implementation.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce labor and material costs, improve yields, and develop new process techniques.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that product requirements are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Metallurgical or Materials Science Engineering preferred).
- Experience: Applicable investment casting experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work in a self-directed or team environment, strong organizational skills, and working knowledge of statistical analysis.
