Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering Intern

We are seeking a motivated and talented Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering Intern to contribute to our dynamic team. This position is open to students currently enrolled in College.

This internship provides a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the field of mechanical and manufacturing engineering. The selected intern will work closely with our seasoned engineers and contribute to real-world projects, gaining valuable insights into product development and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications and cost estimates.
  • Design and execute engineering experiments to create workable solutions.
  • Develop engineering calculations, diagrams and technical reports.
  • Complete required technical and regulatory documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, including creating and delivering presentations.
  • Basic skills in critical software applications, such as ERP, Solidworks and ASME Y14.5 Drawing Standards.
  • Proficiency in creating parts, such as, stamping, machining, molding, 3D printing and casting.
  • Knowledge in data and problem analysis, creative problem solving and design thinking.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and technical skills required to design and operate our core products and services.
