  • Perform routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and implement preventative measures.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance and/or maintenance management.
  • EPA/HVAC/CPO certification preferred.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
