Senior Associate, Product Management

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Product Management to join our Business Cards & Payments organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative products and services that meet the needs of our business customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop comprehensive product solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide product recommendations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
- Bachelor's degree or military experience.
- At least 1 year of product management experience or equivalent experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working in an agile development environment, with a strong understanding of product development methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product designers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- 1+ years of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
- 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
- 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.
