About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Associate Intelligence team in designing and delivering best-in-class ML and AI products to empower our customers and the Capital One workforce with next-generation technologies and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define user requirements, strategy, and prioritization for key components and features.
  • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for key components and features.
  • Responsible for direct ownership of products, including customer and product definition, design, monitoring, governance, and alignment of key stakeholders.
  • Understand the needs of business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and Capital One customers.
  • Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes.
  • Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design.
  • Enable collaboration and ensure communication between teams.
  • Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies.
  • Support the team with escalation and resolution of impediments.
  • Collect and analyze data to make data-driven decisions on product strategy and design.
  • Make hard trade-offs to achieve goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital product management.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • MBA or advanced degree in science, math, engineering, or related fields.
    • Knowledge of or demonstrated investment in learning about emerging machine learning methods, techniques, and applications.
    • 6 years of experience in digital product management, engineering management, analytics-related products, data science.
