As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of cold food items, including sandwiches, salads, and other delicatessen meats and cheeses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cold food items, including sandwiches, salads, and other delicatessen meats and cheeses, to meet customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Obtain daily production schedules and preparation requirements from our Chef to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
  • Stock and replenish deli/cold products and condiments following approved merchandising guidelines to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from the workstation, stove, and refrigerator, while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Store food in designated areas following HACCP standard wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units, and floors in the preparation and serving areas to meet sanitation and safety requirements.
  • Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our team.
