We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $19 to $25 per hour, along with bonus opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service and contributing to the positive atmosphere of our agency.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Process policy changes accurately and in compliance with regulations, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
  • Conduct timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and supportive relationship.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction, ensuring long-term client relationships.
Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
  • No previous insurance experience is required, but a preferred candidate would have their insurance license and previous insurance experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision, driving results and growth.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
