Job Overview

Key Responsibilities - Essential functions to achieve the objectives of the role.

  • Load raw components onto the entry conveyors of the designated production line.
  • Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Verify all component measurements using the designated measuring tools as per the production specifications outlined in the control plan and tooling charts.
  • Make necessary adjustments to maintain the process within the specified dimensions.
  • Replace inserts in accordance with the Tooling Charts and/or CNC programmed tool life requirements.
  • Unload completed parts from the production line, organize them on the appropriate dunnage following specific packaging instructions for each part number, and affix the identification label.
  • Restart the robotic system after any faults or insert changes.
  • Conduct all maintenance tasks as detailed in the daily operator checklist.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in the work area, including eliminating trip hazards, cleaning equipment, and performing sweeping and mopping duties.
  • Be aware of the significant impacts, both actual and potential, of work activities and the importance of adhering to established operating procedures.
  • Participate in needs assessments and fulfill the requirements of scheduled training and educational programs relevant to the position.
  • Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
