Youth Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Youth Development Specialist to join our team at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering high-quality programs that support the academic, social, and emotional development of our members.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in youth development, a high school diploma or GED, and a college degree preferred. A strong understanding of the needs and interests of young people is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing programs that align with the BGCGC's mission and vision
- Working closely with Program Coordinators and other staff to ensure seamless delivery of programs
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on program progress and outcomes
