Family Support and Stabilization Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Support and Stabilization Clinician to join our team at HopeWell Inc.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and families. As a Family Support and Stabilization Clinician, you will provide individual and family counseling services, as well as advocacy support, to help individuals and families overcome challenges and achieve stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical counseling services to children, adolescents, and families, including individual and family therapy sessions
  • Conduct weekly counseling sessions for each child, adolescent, or family, as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and make referrals as necessary
  • Advocate on behalf of children, adolescents, and families with other community programs and organizations
  • Co-lead time-limited groups and provide support to group members
  • Refer individuals and families to other community agencies, such as clinics, employment/vocational centers, and other relevant services
  • Prepare and submit weekly case notes and monthly reports to supervisors
  • Be available for on-call services during the week and weekend, as needed

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a Human Services field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
  • Prior experience working in a clinical setting with children, adolescents, and families facing severe behavioral, social, and emotional challenges
  • Proficiency in using computers, including email and word-processing software
  • Bilingual in Spanish/Bicultural applicants are highly desired
