The Role
We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Store 1485-Shoppes @ Bellemeade in Shreveport, LA. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for creating personalized connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey. You'll work closely with your team to maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring that merchandise is well-organized and easily accessible to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to effectively style customers and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and team goals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions, providing customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to maintain a high level of store appearance.
Requirements
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • A hospitality mindset and ability to engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to take initiative and make thoughtful decisions.
