We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Studio Representative. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience, promoting our brand, and contributing to the growth and success of our studio.

• Greet and Engage: Welcome members and guests with a smile, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional experience.
• Present Our Concept: Share the Orangetheory Fitness story, highlighting the benefits of our science-based, full-body workout and the impact it can have on members' lives.
• Front Desk Support: Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones, responding to member inquiries, and handling tasks as needed.
• Studio Tours: Offer guided tours of our studio, showcasing our facilities and equipment, and providing an overview of our services.
• Introductory Workouts: Assist trainers in guiding new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Sales and Retention: Sell memberships, promote our services, and work to retain members through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Member Support: Address member concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience for all members.
• Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing initiatives, attend outreach events, and contribute to the growth and visibility of our studio.
• Studio Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for members and guests.
