We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Studio Representative. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience, promoting our brand, and contributing to the growth and success of our studio.

• Greet and Engage Members: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all members, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
• Present the OTF Concept: Confidently and effectively communicate the benefits and value of our science-based, full-body workout to prospective members.
• Front Desk Support: Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones, responding to member inquiries, and handling administrative tasks with ease.
• Studio Tours: Offer personalized tours of our studio, showcasing our facilities and services to prospective members.
• Introductory Workouts: Assist trainers in guiding new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Sales and Retention: Work closely with members to understand their needs and preferences, promoting our services and products to drive sales and retention.
• Community Engagement: Participate in marketing and outreach events, helping to build a strong and supportive community around our studio.
• Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive and motivating environment for members.
