Job Title: Associate Behavior Technician

The University of Nebraska Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Associate Behavior Technician. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum or related disorders.

About the Role:
As an Associate Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children to provide instruction and support in their daily lives. You will be responsible for implementing behavioral therapy strategies and intervention components, under the direction of a BCBA or BCBA-D/Licensed Psychologist. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and patient during challenging situations.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school education or equivalent. No prior experience is required, but you must be able to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, patients, and caregivers.

Salary Information:
This is a full-time regular position, and the estimated salary range is $17.404 - $26.106/hourly. The University of Nebraska Medical Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.
