Hotel Food and Beverage Service Position

About this role

We are seeking a skilled and energetic team member to join our hotel's Food and Beverage Division. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with our hospitality team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the hotel's Food and Beverage Division by assisting with the movement of heavy items, such as tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment, to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
  • Maintain clean and well-maintained common areas, including public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other designated spaces, to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, as well as frequently stand, move, and handle objects and equipment, to meet the demands of the role.
  • Ability to work in areas with high temperatures and around heavy equipment, while maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency.

Education and experience

  • Less than high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a strong focus on developing skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry.
