Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Comcast, you will play a critical role in assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services. You will utilize your knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience. This is a full-time position that requires moderate supervision and guidance, with a focus on individual results and team impact.

Core Responsibilities
  • Represent Comcast's products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers, providing product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities.
  • Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives, providing comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensuring customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks, partnering with customer care to resolve customer issues as appropriate.
  • Consistently demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
  • Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures, completing training requirements and actively engaging in team huddles and learning.
  • Know and understand sales compensation plan and its key elements, working a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s), and overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to work in alternate stores outside of home base store, with regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes.
