Strate is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Accountant to join their team in a full-time direct hire role. As a key member of the accounting team, you will be responsible for managing project budgets and costs, analyzing project financials, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets and costs to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze project financials to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial management strategies to optimize project performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on project accounting.
- 4+ years of experience working with general contractors or construction companies.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CMiC software and other project management tools.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of up to $85,000, depending on experience.
- A hybrid work arrangement, with 4 days of in-office work per week.
