Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Practice Specialist in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical, quality, evidence-based practice, and patient safety work.

Responsibilities
  • Drive nursing quality indicators and evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
  • Serve as a clinical, quality, evidence-based practice, and patient safety expert, developing caregivers in specific clinical areas in collaboration with clinical leaders.
  • Partner with clinical leaders to serve as a resource and support caregivers to improve outcomes.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve quality and safety outcomes.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and two years of experience in clinical, quality, evidence-based practice, and patient safety work are preferred.

Salary

This role offers an estimated annual salary of $95,000-$125,000 based on location and experience.
