Job Title: Director of Data Governance

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global solution delivery organization at Securiti.ai. As a Director of Data Governance, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of our platform in some of the world's biggest companies to solve strategic needs in the areas of data controls, data governance, and privacy.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Building, training, and managing a global delivery team to drive customer success.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to ensure customers realize the full value of our platform.
  • Creating repeatable processes and customer-facing deliverables that tie to customer value.
  • Defining and implementing project metrics around project profitability and customer value realization.
  • Working with the product team to identify and prioritize product enhancements that arise during implementations.
  • Collaborating with sales and renewals teams to document key business metrics, new use cases, and post-deployment checkpoints for maximizing renewal opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with 7+ years of work experience as a leader of a professional services delivery organization.
  • In-depth understanding of technical support processes, playbooks, and metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with people management, project management, and budgeting, with a proven track record of hiring and developing technical support organizations.
  • Executive presence with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of collaborative success with customers, vendors, staff, and internal business partners.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product engineering, and support teams.
  • Up to 20% travel (domestic and international).
