Join a dedicated team at Hartford HealthCare Medical Group, a leading healthcare provider in New England. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to enhance our Electrophysiology (EP) services.

As part of our esteemed medical group, you will collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including Medical Assistants and Advanced Practice Providers, to deliver exceptional patient care across various clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care under the guidance of healthcare providers, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Work collaboratively within a team focused on the management and treatment of patients with electrophysiological conditions.
  • Engage in both in-person and remote patient care, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
  • Document and manage patient data through cardiac device monitoring systems and electronic medical records.
  • Provide education and support to patients regarding their cardiac devices and health management.
  • Coordinate patient care to optimize efficiency and enhance patient flow.
  • Participate in additional clinical and administrative tasks as required to support the practice.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in cardiology or cardiac electrophysiology is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a medical/surgical office setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records is essential.
