Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of custodial staff performing cleaning services in large government buildings.
  • Ensure work specifications are followed and performed to the satisfaction of management while providing exceptional custodial service.
  • Perform daily inspections and administrative duties, including completing necessary forms and submissions.
  • Manage and monitor custodial supplies during shifts.
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and on-the-job training for team members.
  • Perform custodial duties to augment the workforce when required.
Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
