Job Overview

Sally's mission is to provide exceptional service to professional drivers. We operate a large fleet of vehicles that we provide to rideshare, last mile, and taxi drivers on a flexible basis.

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team in Long Island City. In this role, you will meet with and handle service requests for our prospective and existing customers, analyze trends in customer management, and develop processes to improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and customers
  • Complete driver onboarding and manage driver accounts
  • Utilize knowledge of the rideshare industry to provide best-in-class support
  • Operate a cash register and manage daily cash flow
  • Ensure vehicles are compliant with New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) regulations

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience with excellent communications skills
  • Experience handling customer escalations
  • Passion for customer service and talking to people
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize different tasks
  • Patience - willingness to deal with customers at all times of day
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday as well as rotating weekends & holidays
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
