Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to oversee the activities of our nursing staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating assigned patients, planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care, assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, performing various patient tests, administering medications, and promoting patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluates assigned patients to ensure their overall health and medical histories are taken into account
  • Plans, implements, and documents nursing care to provide each individual with the best possible care
  • Assists physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective care delivery
  • Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the Registered Nurse
  • Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, hold valid registration as an RN in the state of practice, and have completed relevant state Board of Nursing-approved programs.
