Job OverviewThis role is responsible for managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, aiming to create a satisfied customer.
The New Home Consultant at Lennar is accountable for daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing the company's selling philosophy.
- Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
- Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
- Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
- Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $29,993.60 - $29,994, subject to adjustment based on factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations.
This position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions.
