Job Summary:

Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to support our client in Nashville, TN Area. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating daily scrum meetings, removing impediments, and coaching the team on agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily scrum meetings to ensure team alignment and progress
  • Remove impediments and obstacles to team progress
  • Coach the team on agile principles and best practices
  • Collaborate with other scrum masters, stakeholders, and product owners to align team goals with organizational vision and mission
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience working with Application Development teams
  • Experience in healthcare environments, supporting EHR/EMR teams
  • Scrum Certification - CSM or SAFE
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
