Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Genesis Pasadena. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating as set by service manager.
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
- Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
- Help identify mechanical problems by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test.
- Schedule and estimate vehicle service and repairs.
- Confer with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work orders for needed repairs.
- Prepare and explain repair orders to customers, including time, cost, and labor estimates for service.
- Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining them in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
- Implement quality control processes to eliminate comebacks.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Previous automotive experience (2 years minimum) preferred.
- Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Reliability, enthusiasm, friendliness, and a positive team-player attitude.
- A leader in service with verifiable CSI scores.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
