Job Summary

The Busser (F&B) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room. This includes setting and resetting tables, clearing tables, and restocking supplies. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and reset tables to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests.
  • Clear tables and restock supplies as needed.
  • Assist with filling and refilling water and other beverages.
  • Attend to or assist with any and all guest needs.
  • Restock plates, silverware, glassware, and other service implements.
  • Maintain knowledge of and adhere to established policies, training, and departmental standards.
  • Understand and abide by federal health code standards and hold a Food Handlers License.
Requirements
  • GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.
  • Food Handling Certificate required.
