Job Summary:

The Busser is a vital member of our front-of-house team, responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. As a Busser, you will be responsible for setting and resetting tables, clearing plates, and refilling water glasses. You will also be expected to assist with guest needs, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ensure all bussing tools and supplies are properly maintained and stored
• Assist front-of-house staff with cleaning tasks, including carpet cleaning and silverware rolling
• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of trash receptacles
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by front-of-house supervisors

Requirements:

• GED or High School diploma preferred, but not required
• Food Handling Certificate required
