Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Santa Clara Development Corporation Defunct. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Process payments and handle guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Input reservations received through various channels and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor key control, verify room status information, and update group information to ensure seamless operations.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and maintain a high level of service and satisfaction throughout the hotel.
  • Accountable for the accuracy of Hotel Front Office records and reports.
  • Review room availability status and special requests on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • Meet proper standards of dress and decorum at all times.
  • Maintain the highest degree of guest service and professional conduct.
  • Utilize guest service skills to ensure all guest needs are met promptly and to their satisfaction.
  • Ensure a maximum level of service and satisfaction throughout the hotel is achieved and maintained.
  • Keep all areas clean and sanitized as directed.
  • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
