About the Role:

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer patient calls, emails, and questions in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Complete new patient intakes to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
  • Provide education and support to patients regarding our treatment options, including TMS and Ketamine
  • Coordinate with clinics to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
