Job Opportunity: MLS Compliance Administrator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled MLS Compliance Administrator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of MLS listings and enforcing compliance with the REALTOR Code of Ethics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively review MLS listings for rule violations and take appropriate action to maintain compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints from MLS members and the public in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Issue notifications and fines for verified violations, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Conduct research on allegations and provide recommendations for compliance actions.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to inform agents of violations and required actions.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of MLS Rules and the REALTOR Code of Ethics, with the ability to apply this knowledge in specific situations.
  • Neutrality in rule enforcement, ensuring fair and consistent compliance practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with familiarity with PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deductive reasoning abilities.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting with a strong work ethic.
  • Effective verbal and written communication, including public speaking.
  • Real estate license must be inactive if held.

Compensation: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
