Job Title: Contractor Compliance Specialist

At Aptus Group USA, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Contractor Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sub-contractor portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new contractors
  • Oversee and manage vendor paperwork compliance
  • Manage vendor risk by conducting regular assessments and creating contingency plans
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with vendors to ensure ongoing performance enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Work closely with insurance companies, internal and external during the vendor onboarding process
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, as requested by management
  • Manage existing contractor database, including all paper and electronic files
  • Follow up with established contractors to collect expired documents
  • Contract reviews
  • Support expansion programs for new business
  • Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency in entire business/vendor processes
  • Research and stay up to date on new and upcoming vendor management software
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by subcontractors in a timely and professional manner
