Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Capture Lead to join our Adapt Forward team. As a Capture Lead, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support capture planning and execution across all business units.
  • Participate in the entire business development process, including marketing and brand development, initial business development, targeted capture identification and execution, opportunity response, and proposal submission efforts.
  • Conduct persistent market intelligence and leverage collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop winning proposals.
  • Help present Adapt Forward capabilities and extend our corporate brand in target geographies, markets, and customer domains.
  • Develop and manage capture budgets and resource assignments.
  • Contribute to specific business case development and ensure that each proposal incorporates themes, differentiators, proofs, and price-to-win strategies.
  • Coordinate with other functional organizations to ensure awareness, prioritization, milestones, peer-stakeholders, resource requirements, and status pertaining to each capture initiative.
Requirements
  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent years of directly relevant experience
  • At least five years of related DoD business development and strategic capture experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: experience supporting all phases of a large and multi-year capture effort, developing and maintaining relationships with industry partners, identifying, qualifying, and winning business, and writing technical, management, past performance, and other proposal-related content.
