The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering relationships with our suppliers and vendors. You will also oversee the implementation of supply and production strategies, ensuring timely replenishment of stock and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the purchasing process for all foodservice-related products and services.
Utilize AutoQuotes software to source and negotiate with suppliers.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
Collaborate with other departments to forecast needs and manage budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
