Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the success of our unique offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate park information to guests through participation and implementation of continued education
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding communication and all information about Dolly Parton's personal or professional life
  • Assist with keeping break rooms, storage areas, and supply closets clean and organized
  • Complete daily reports and guest surveys
  • Keep the DPE, Dolly's Home on Wheels, and Tennessee Mountain Home clean throughout the day

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Basic computer experience required
  • Able to communicate effectively using standard English grammar and punctuation
  • Able to tolerate various temperatures while working outdoors
  • Able and willing to bend at the waist and knees multiple times throughout a shift
  • Able and willing to work shifts up to 12 hours
