Smoky Mountain Brewery is seeking a charismatic Host to provide exceptional guest experiences at their Pigeon Forge location.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm smile, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the restaurant layout is visually appealing and tables are cleared and reset in a timely manner.
  • Greeting guests with a friendly welcome and explaining the seating process.
  • Communicating volume levels to management and staff to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Team player with a sense of humor.
  • Ability to smile easily and often.
  • Strong math and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds frequently.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.

Advancement Opportunities:

  • TO GO Hosts: A position attained after successful Host duty execution or GM approval.
  • Pleasant phone voice and etiquette.
  • Excellent menu knowledge.
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds frequently.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Will be required to enter and exit the building numerous times to service To Go guests in their cars.
  • Must be able to operate handheld payment devices and cash when necessary.
  • Ability to multi-task and assist regular Hosts as needed.
