Financial Operations Director

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Director to oversee the preparation, review, and approval of monthly salary and benefits accounting entries.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis role involves maintaining employee payroll records, including timesheets, allocations, and adjustments, while ensuring compliance with grant proposals and reporting requirements. Additionally, the selected candidate will collaborate on the annual budgeting process for payroll-related expenses and provide ad hoc reporting on payroll trends and data.
Key Accountabilities- Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of monthly salary and benefits accounting entries, ensuring accurate payroll allocations and reconciliations.
- Maintain employee payroll records, including timesheets, allocations, and adjustments, while ensuring compliance with grant proposals and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate on the annual budgeting process for payroll-related expenses and provide ad hoc reporting on payroll trends and data.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, payroll reconciliations, budgeting, and client support.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and MS Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Navision and budgeting software preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills, with the ability to provide training and resolve complex issues creatively.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive compensation package, including an estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
