Work Schedule: Full Time rotating shifts
(1) Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
(2) Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Compensation: Starting at $31 per hour (additional shift differential may apply) with potential increases based on experience and qualifications
Role Overview: As a Charge Nurse (RN) at Aspire Health Partners, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a comprehensive range of essential nursing services to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for psychiatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibiting leadership while providing nursing care to clients experiencing crises.
- Recognizing and evaluating the psychosocial, cultural, ethnic, and spiritual needs of clients.
- Administering medications to clients and educating them about their medications and potential side effects.
- Documenting treatment details for each client accurately.
- Assisting physicians with the transcription and execution of medical orders.
- Ensuring compliance by completing all required training.
Required Qualifications:
- Possession of a current State of Florida RN license or a valid eNLC multistate RN license.
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
- Successful completion of a Level II Background clearance.
