Nemours is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Nurse II to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and completing clinical research studies and/or clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in regulatory document preparation and collection
- In-service research teams and recruit study participants
- Obtain parental permission/assent/consent forms and educate parents/participants
- Schedule and conduct study procedures, collect and record study data
- Maintain detailed study records and interface with study sponsors
- Participate in sponsor study monitoring visits and prepare for internal and external research audits
- Perform nursing procedures, including IV placement and administration of investigational agents
- Serve as a mentor to research team members and investigators
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master's degree in Nursing acceptable
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Clinical Research Nurse I or Clinical Research Coordinator I
- Demonstrates ability to coordinate and establish priorities among diverse tasks
- Effectively communicates verbally and in writing
