We are seeking a skilled Clinical Charge Nurse to join our team at Health First. As a Clinical Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new technologies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Charge Nurse or in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of quality improvement principles and practices.
