We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a temporary Receptionist position at our Mobile office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers and staff with a welcoming demeanor, answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Maintain equipment logs, monitor office inventory, receive and distribute incoming mail and shipments, and prepare outgoing shipments as needed.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Create spreadsheets and branch reports as required, and perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical Demands: Walk frequently and lift packages up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Advanced Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
- Experience: Experience with handling office equipment and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Microsoft Excel and Typing Skills Assessments required, with successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening mandatory.
