At Tina's Burritos, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of both accounts payable and receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounts Receivable: Ensure timely collection of client/account balances, conduct thorough research, and handle credit balances efficiently.
- Accounts Payable: Input AP invoices into Microsoft NAV, apply invoices to the correct G/L accounts, and ensure accurate and complete accounting records.
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and optimize AR and accounting processes, maintain strong relationships with accounts and clients, and ensure effective onboarding and management of new accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel.
